Refund Policy

Refund Policy - the basics

Return Policy:

Once a deposit or payment for a project has been received.  The client "you" have 24 hours to cancel your order and you will receive your entire refund.

Anytime after that,  if parts have been ordered   There is a 30% restocking charge on all parts ordered for your project. 

If work has begun on your project.  Time will be rounded up to the next hour and will be billed accordingly and will be deducted from your deposit prior to issuing a refund.  

Once a custom project has been completed and shipped to you.  No refunds are offered.    If your package is lost in transit.  We will assist with a trace and claim with the courier company.
